As part of a second phase of the regeneration of South Central Cardiff, we have secured planning consent for 188 apartments over 27 storeys on Curran Road, just behind central station and adjacent to the hugely successful Brickworks.
We are currently in detailed discussions with our designers and joint venture partners with a view to bringing this scheme forward very soon.
