Brickworks was a development of 100 apartments in Cardiff’s city centre’s rapidly emerging South Central district. Portabella acquired the site on an unconditional basis, recognising the potential of this former light-industrial backwater given the scale of development that was to surround it. Offering one, two and three bedroom options, we sold 100 apartments off-plan .
