General Contact details

We may have obtained your email address (with your consent) as a result of you sharing it with us in person or via an enquiry made from the contact form on one of our websites or an appointed agent website. These contact details are stored on a password-encrypted computer in Cardiff and used for the sole purpose of communication. You are entitled to amend or delete the personal information that we hold. Mailing List

As part of the registration process for our mailing lists, we collect your name and email address with your consent. The emails we subsequently send will relate to the matter about which you enquired. The emails will largely be about property but may also occasionally be newsletters (still property related) or events (also, still property related!).

We don’t buy or sell email lists with other companies, businesses or individuals ever.

We use MailChimp (who are committed to achieving compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation), to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve things.
